[Update:] And since my father died, I was given a mandatory two weeks off work... during which, they basically replaced me and took all my shifts. So... when I went back to work I saw that they had put me on a completely different schedule that I can't do... And the manager would not negotiate, and my only options were: 1. Work that stupid mean schedule permanently... or, 2. Quit. And he says I can't even attempt to work that schedule until I agree to work it permenantly.
So right now... I'm kind of inbet
